Health-related
behavior profiles for the typical HWS student-athlete:
The
majority of student-athletes…
- eat
at least three meals per day (56%);
- consume
alcohol no more than once per week or do not drink at all (57%);
- sleep
at least 7 hours per night (64%);
- never
use tobacco (60%).
