GENEVA, N.Y.--Hobart College basketball player Joe Corbett (Haverford School/Philadelphia, Pa.) is the Upstate Collegiate Athletic Association's Co-Center of the Week. The junior averaged 19.0 ppg and 12.5 rpg in two games for the Statesmen last week.

Corbett was 8-of-14 from the floor at Cazenovia College on Dec. 4, leading Hobart with 17 points and grabbing a game-high 13 rebounds against the Wildcats. Four days later, the center recorded his fourth double-double of the season with 21 points and 12 boards at Utica College in the Statesmen's 71-66 win. Corbett is tied for the team lead in scoring with 16.7 ppg and leads Hobart and is third in the UCAA in rebounding average with 10.0 rpg.

The Statesmen (3-4) travel to Hamilton, N.Y. to take on Division I rival Colgate University (5-2) on Dec. 18, at 7 p.m.
