GENEVA, N.Y.—Late December and early January are typically times to look back on the past year and take stock in all that has happened. Hobart football fans can relive the highlights of the 2006 season and make their voice heard.

The Statesmen posted their 10th consecutive winning season with a record of 8-2. Hobart earned a share of the Liberty League Championship and made its third consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance. Along the way, there were some spectacular plays.

Starting Jan. 4 and running through Jan. 24, fans can cast their vote for the Play of the Year by the Statesmen offense. Visit http://campus.hws.edu/athletics/hobart/football/poll.html and watch the top plays of 2006 and select your favorite. You can vote every day (limit one vote per day, per computer).

The winning play will be featured on the Hobart football Web page. A similar poll will be conducted for the Defensive Play of the Year later in the month.
