GENEVA, N.Y.--For the second consecutive week Hobart College running back Ty Godinho (Lancaster/Lancaster, N.Y.) is named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference Northwest Football Honor Roll for the week ending Oct. 7. The first-year had his second straight 100-yard rushing game in the Statesmen's 38-12 victory over the University of Rochester.

Godinho ran the ball 19 times for 101 yards and a touchdown against the Yellowjackets. The running back leads Hobart in rushing and is second in the Upstate Collegiate Athletic Association with 385 yards on 68 carries. Godinho is also second in the UCAA in all-purpose yards with 499 and third in yards per kickoff return with 21.6. The running back's performance earned him his second league Rookie of the Week award in a row.

The Statesmen (3-1, 2-1 UCAA) host Franklin and Marshall College on Oct. 13, at 1 p.m. Last season, Hobart handled the Diplomats, 28-10 in Lancaster, Pa.
