          Golfers take 2nd at Hamilton

      CLINTON, N.Y.—The Hobart College golf team powered past 11 other squads   to earn second place at the Hamilton College Spring Invitational at the par-72   Skenandoa Golf Club. The hosts took home top honors with a score of 311, while   the Statesmen were five shots off the pace. 
         
        Senior Drew Slocum   (University School/Milwaukee, Wis.) led the charge for Hobart with a fifth   place performance. The All-Tournament team selection turned in a four over   76. 
         
        Junior Mike Gonzalez (Harley-Allendale-Columbia/Webster, N.Y.) and first-year Brian Kilduff (Morristown-Beard School/Summit, N.J.) tied   for sixth place, just one shot behind Slocum.  
         
        Hobart returns to the   links on April 28, when the Statesmen compete in their final event of the   season, the Elmira Invitational.
