ELMIRA, N.Y.—The Hobart College golf team closed out the season with a third place finish in the seven-team Elmira College Spring Invitational. The Statesmen posted a team score of 338, just one stroke behind second place Manhattanville. Oswego was the overall winner with a score of 319 at the par 72 Elmira Country Club.

Senior Drew Slocum (University School/Milwaukee, Wis.) led Hobart, carding an 81 and tying for fifth place. First-year Luke Mindlin (Shady Side Academy/Pittsburgh, Pa.) also earned a spot in the top 10 with a round of 82 (8th).
