SYRACUSE, N.Y.--The Hobart golf team finished 11th in a field of 17 teams at the Mike Bello Golf Tournament, hosted by Le Moyne College. The Statesmen finished second among Division III schools, trailing only ninth place St. John Fisher.

First-year Drew Slocum (University School of Milwaukee/Milwaukee, Wis.) fired the low round for Hobart, carding a five-over 76. He finished tied for 15th out of 94 golfers. Sophomore Matt Coté (Trinity Pawling/Kirkland, Quebec) finished second for Hobart, tied for 34th with an 80.
