Golfers finish 6th at UCAA Championships

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.--The Hobart College golf team finished sixth in the UCAA Championship at the Saratoga Spa State Park Course. Sophomore Matt Coté (Trinity-Pawling/Kirkland, Quebec) was the top Statesman on the day, finishing tied for 12th with a three over 75.

First-years Drew Slocum (University School of Milwaukee/Milwaukee, Wis.) and Mark Hobin (Ridge/Basking Ridge, N.J.) tied for 22nd three strokes behind Coté.

The event also doubled as the ECAC Upstate New York Qualifier. Hobart finished 11th in the 17-team field. The Statesmen carded a season-low 314.
