February 7, 2007

GENEVA, N.Y.—Two former Hobart College lacrosse Statesmen have recently been honored by their region’s chapter of US Lacrosse, Inc. James Holihan ’84 was inducted into the Long Island Metropolitan Lacrosse Foundation Hall of Fame on Feb. 2, while Larry Slattery ’64 joined the Rochester Lacrosse Hall of Fame on Jan. 26.

A two-time first-team All-American, Holihan was a four-year letter winner, and participated in the 1984 North-South Senior All-Star Game. Slattery was also a senior all-star and earned All-American recognition in 1964, after being a member of the team for three seasons.
