GENEVA, N.Y.—Hobart College senior attackman John Bogosian (Massena/Massena, N.Y.) was recently named the Rochester Area Colleges Athletics Co-Male Athlete of the Week for his five-point performance in a victory over Patriot League rival Lehigh University.

A tri-captain for the lacrosse team, Bogosian played a part in more than half of the Statesmen’s goals against the Mountain Hawks this past weekend, netting four goals and an assist in a 9-4 victory over Lehigh. Hobart’s leading scorer with 16 goals and five assists for 21 points, he has notched at least two points in every game this season, including an eight-point effort against Butler in the season opener.

The Statesmen sport a 4-1 overall record and an unblemished 3-0 record in the Patriot League. Hobart returns to action on March 25, when it hosts fifth-ranked Syracuse at 7 p.m., at the AstroTurf Stadium.
