Thompson was honored with the Class of 1994 Award for exhibiting extraordinary commitment to the welfare of the team. His actions and efforts beyond practice and racing have ensured the current and future success of the team, including helping the team win the Prosser Trophy last season and take second in the regatta this season.

The sailors will be back on the water at the end of May. HWS will compete in three ICSA National Championship Regattas between May 23-June 1.
