HWS Sailing finishes 3rd at Navy Fall Intersectional

ANNAPOLIS, Md.--The Hobart and William Smith sailing team continued its strong fall season with a third place finish in the 20-team field at the Navy Fall Intersectional. HWS trailed second place Kings Point by just three points.

Senior Sam Rogers (Breck School/Excelisor,Minn.) and junior Alexis Rubin (Edmund Burke/Potomac, Md.) paced HWS in the A division, whlie junior Ed Norton (Tabor Academy/Fair Haven, N.J.) and first-year Augusta Nadler (Tabor Academy/Marion, Mass.) sailed competitively in the B division.

Sophomore John Storck (St. Anthony's/Huntington, N.Y.) notched a sixth place finish for HWS in the C division and in the D division, junior John Pearce (Ithaca/Ithaca, N.Y.) emerged victorious.
