HWS wins Admiral Moore
March 10, 2002
THROGGS NECK, N.Y.--The Hobart and William Smith sailing team finished first at the Admiral Moore Regatta hosted by N.Y. Maritime College this weekend. HWS captured its first win of the spring despite heavy fog and strong winds. Finishing second in the A division with 29 points were senior Keara Watson and sophomore John Pearce. In the B division first-years John Storck and Kate May finished fifth with 35 points.
