Callahan finishes in top-10 at MAISA Singlehanded Championship

ANNAPOLIS, Md.--William Smith College senior Amanda Callahan (Notre Dame Academy/Canton, Mass.) finished ninth at the Mid-Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association Singlehanded Championship. She was just a single point out of eighth place and 14 points away from seventh in the 22-sailor field.
During 14 races, Callahan turned in six top-10 performances, including a victory and two second finishes.
Teammates Cate Muller (Latin School of Chicago/Chicago, Ill.), Emlie Barkow (University Lake School/Nashotah, Wis.), and Mora O'Malley (Totino Grace/Dellwood, Minn.) finished in 13th through 15th places, respectively.
