ANNAPOLIS, Md.--The Hobart and William Smith sailing team won the Navy
J-24 this weekend. Six races took place in 8-18 knot southerly winds on
the first day of competition. The final three races were sailed on the
second day in 4-7 knot southeasterly winds. HWS finished no worse than
third in each race, while winning four to edge second place St. Mary's
by seven points. Senior Matt Shirilla, junior Bobby Storck, and first-years
Lee Sacket and Wiley Wakeman competed for the Colleges.
