HWS 8th at Moody Trophy

KINGSTON, R.I.--The Hobart and William Smith Sailing team finished eighth at the Moody Trophy at the University of Rhode Island this weekend. On the first day of competition the 18 teams completed eight races in the A Division and six in the B Division in 10-15 knot southerly breezes, despite steady fog. Thirteen total races were sailed on the second day. Finishing 10th in the A Division were juniors Matt Herbster and Jennie Rosthal with 119 points. Senior Keara Watson and and sophomore John Pearce were seventh inthe B Division with a score of 97.
