HWS 4th at Ted Ferrarone Team Race

April 7, 2002

NEW HAVEN, Conn.--The Hobart and William Smith sailing team finished fourth at the Ted Ferrarone Team Race at Yale this weekend. One the first day, teams competed in winds of 15 mph or greater. The events first round robin was completed in the morning of the second day of competition. The top six teams, including HWS, competed in the gold fleet which completed two round robins in the afternoon in a strong southwesterly wind. The Colleges' team finished with a record of 11 wins and eight losses.
