Roncolato runs to Liberty League praise

GENEVA, N.Y.—William Smith junior Leanne Roncolato (Meadville/Meaville, Pa.) was named the Liberty League Women’s Cross Country Co-Performer of the Week this afternoon.
Roncolato finished third overall in the 50-runner field in the Hobart Cross Country Invitational. She covered the 6-kilometer course in 24 minutes, 36 seconds. It’s 12th consecutive race she has led the Herons across the finish line.
The William Smith cross country team is back in action on Sept. 24, when the Herons travel to St. Lawrence University for the Ronald C. Hoffmann Invitational.
