GENEVA, N.Y.—William Smith College junior Leanne Roncolato (Meadville/Meadville, Pa.) earned a place on the All-Liberty League second-team this weekend at the 2005 Liberty League Cross Country Championships, which were hosted by Hamilton College.

Roncolato crossed the finish line first for the Herons’, covering the 6-kilometer course in 24:33 to earn a 14th place finish. The top seven runners earn first-team honors, while the next seven runners comprise the second-team. She has led William Smith in 14 consecutive races.

The Herons’ return to action on Oct. 15 at the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational. The event is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
