GENEVA, N.Y.—William Smith College senior midfielder Sarah Dillon (Blair Academy/Oldwick, N.J.) was named a third-team All-American today by womenslacrosse.com.
A three-year starter, Dillon led the Liberty League this season, averaging 4.94 points per game. She finished the campaign with 48 goals and 31 assists. On April 6, Dillon scored seven goals and dished out five assists in a runaway win over Clarkson. The career-high 12-point outburst is the third highest single game total in William Smith history.
Highly decorated, Dillon was a three-time All-Liberty League pick, while earning a pair of All-State and IWLCA All-Region awards. She completed her career with 128 goals (9th on the career list) and 47 assists for 175 points (9th on the career list).
Over the past four seasons, Dillon led William Smith to a 42-22 record (.662), including a 10-6 mark this season.
