Dudley named Co-Defensive Performer of the Week

GENEVA, N.Y.—William Smith senior Nikki Dudley (Chittenango/Chittenango, N.Y.) was named the Liberty League Co-Defensive Performer of the Week for her play in the Nazareth Tournament this past weekend.
Dudley allowed only one goal in two games, stopping five shots in a 1-0 loss to Wittenberg, and recording three saves and the shutout in a 2-0 win over Allegheny.
The Herons (1-1) return to action on Sept. 7 when they travel to Rochester for a non-league game at 5 p.m.
