Costanza captures Liberty League 1-meter board title

Costanza earned her third consecutive |
TROY, N.Y.—William Smith College senior diver Sarah Costanza (Gwynedd Mercy/Ambler, Pa.) captured her third consecutive Liberty League one-meter title to help the Herons take seventh at the Liberty League Championships this weekend.
Also turning in a strong performance at the meet was junior Charlotte McIntosh (Blair Academy/Reading, Pa.). Anchoring the 400-yard free relay team of senior Adrienne Brockway (New Hartford/New Hartford, N.Y.), sophomore Meghan Mosher (Livonia/Conesus, N.Y.), and senior Kate Feller (Avon/Avon, N.Y.), McIntosh touched in at 3:52.10 to earn a sixth place result. She took ninth out of 27 competitors in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:22.10.
William Smith returns to action on Jan. 17 as the Herons travel to RIT.
