VanGorden named Co-Swimmer of the Week

GENEVA, N.Y.–The Upstate Collegiate Athletic Association named William Smith College senior Kelly VanGorden (Palmyra-Macedon/Geneva, N.Y.) the Co-Swimmer of the Week. The senior has helped the Herons to two victories in three meets this season.
VanGorden swam an NCAA Championship qualifying B time as William Smith went on to defeat Wells College 109-78. She captured the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:08.58. VanGorden also won the 50 freestyle and swam a leg on the winning 200 free relay team.
The Herons are back in action on Nov. 30, when they travel to Rensselaer
for the UCAA Championships.
