Rauck wins Liberty League Award

GENEVA, N.Y.—William Smith College sophomore Chelsea Rauck (Columbus School for Girls/Bexley, Ohio) was tabbed the Liberty League Women’s Tennis Co-Performer of the Week today.
Rauck won at No. 1 singles in the Herons’ first match of 2007. She posted a 7-5, 2-6, 7-5 victory over St. Lawrence's Kirsten Lannon on Sunday. Currently ranked 12th in the Northeast region by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, Rauck holds an individual record of 12-2.
The next match for the Herons will take place in North Carolina over spring break. William Smith will take on Greensboro on March 12 at 1 p.m.
